Trestle on Tenth has the rare opportunity to showcase seven producers from wine importer kermit Lynch's exquisit portfolio. On Tuesday, March 24, we will offer a 5-course dinner with wine pairings, featuring
the following grower-winemakers who will actually be with us for the meal to share their insights on and answer your questions about their wines: Bruno and Richard of Chateau Tour Bayard, Montagne-Saint Emillion, Bordeaux, France You may notice that most of their vinyards are bit further south than those usually found on our list, but cold-climate-wine lovers will not be disapointed. As anybody familiar with Kermit Lynch's reputation as a wine merchant, prolific author and assertive voice in the industry knows, his ability to search out stellar producers is shared by a rare few, and his portfolio is built around properties whose wines are noted for restraint and balance, regardless of geographical origin.
